Instructions: Position adhesive side on fabric. Set temperature to setting appropriate for garment. Important: Do not use on delicate fabrics. Use dry heat (no steam) with press cloth between iron and applique. press front 10-15 secons. Press back 20-25 seconds.
A press cloth is a single, light weight layer of fabric, often a clean men's white handerchief is sufficient.
