More Information

Our Audience
Our target audience are United States Citizens and not European citizens. However, we do welcome visitors from all countries. That stated, our primary language of communication is English (the primary language of the United States). If we were attempting to appeal to a European clientele, we would have French, German, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Polish, Romanian, and other translations of our website available instead of out-sourcing any website translation to other sources, such as Google. That being said, we are making an attempt to conform to the new privacy standard enforced in Europe of May 25th 2018.

Your Information
We do not sell or distribute your information that you allow us to see through the continued activation of tracking cookies. We collect information on which pages people visit and what content draws the greatest response. We also collect specific details on individual customers, how much each customer has spent (and what their reported respective names are) at each transaction in our archives, in order to handle product complaints and potentially offer refunds. We do not at this time re-target the "big buyers." Partially because our commodity does not continue to provide value to our customers as they amass more and more. We target people who use up our commodity quickly because we can offer more value to those people.

We cross-reference our store data with our Facebook data to handle customer complaints.

We sell advertisement space on our website to Google, and Google uses their own data concerning you to release the advertisements that are most relevant to you. You may ask them to stop tracking your data, but there is nothing that we can do directly concerning them. We use Google's services because Google's policy has restrictions on the advertisements that we find align with our company's moral code. We do not at this time have mouse-tracking software installed on our website. Therefore, any advertisements that you see and click on are known only by you, Google, and the advertisement creator--your specific interaction with advertisements are not know or recorded by us.

We have two lists of emails. We use a trusted, third-party, software platform to create the emails and to track the responses to our emails. Access to those emails are secured behind password protection. We use emails to alert our customers of new events that occur at our website. As stated above, any customer can can unsubscribe from either of our emailing lists by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. However, the two email lists do not pull from each other's data. So if you are subscribed to both email lists, you will have to unsubscribe from each list individually. The separation of the two lists is to aid our customers who wish to receive blog updates without visiting our web page (without being forced to collect emails concerning store updates), and to help our customers who wish to know about our store updates without collecting emails of the blog. Once a customer unsubscribes from our email lists their email is permanently forgotten from our email marketing platform.

Due to limitations of Squarespace, our website management platform, we cannot delete customer accounts at this time.
