Charity Quilt Show - Quilts 61-70
Here are the next 10 finished quilts. Winter arrived with a vengeance here at the end of February, so taking pictures has been an exercise in endurance now that it is biting cold. But I do want to get these moved on out of my house in a timely manner once they are washed.
These are technically "July's quilts". Hopefully in July, however, I'll be working on some charity TOPS to be completed when it gets cold again.
And here are these a little closer up.
Two of these tops were donated by some of you - first of all, the brown/green one with all the pieces (the second one here) and the quarter log cabin block - scrappy! I love both of them for different reasons! Both are different and will be loved, I'm sure! Thank you! Once again, the Around the World tops were given to me as centers and I made a 60x80 top out of them - they are almost all children's themes, though not all. My friend in AZ made the ATW designs. She sews simply as a ministry to us and because she loves to sew. Her husband's family is from this part of the world and she has been here to visit us.
My pile of quilts at the church is getting larger. I actually went ahead and made a fourth pile so they don't fall over.
Here's a short little video showing what I've got but with video.
Don't forget - if you have something you need for your projects, please be sure to check out what my sis has available. She tries her best to keep you in fabric!
