(Q) How to change my password?

(A) It is no different from any other account that you have on the web. You will need to access your email account:
Step 1—Go to our website:

Step 2—Once on our website navigate to the “My Account” sign in form by clicking on the “Sign In” link: (Please note that if you are already Signed in, then the link will have the text “My Account” in the specified location below)

Step 3—When the form appears in a little window press “Forgot Password?”

Note: a similar box appears when pressing “My Account” one. To quickly change the password from there press “Not You? Sign out” and begin these instructions from the top.

Step 4—A new form will appear asking for the email that you used when creating your account. Enter your email into that form and press “Send Reset Link”.

Step 5—Go to your email address that you entered in and login. In your inbox (or junk mail) will be the following email. Follow the instructions of the email:

Step 6—After following the email’s instructions you will be taken to the password reset form. Fill out the form with your new password and press “Reset and Sign In”:

(Q) (1) Where is your physical location, and (2) what are your hours?

(A) Our location and hours are as listed below.

(1) Quilted Twins

Dade City, FL, 33525

(2) Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Thursday: 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.






(Q) Do you ship to Canada?

(A) We will ship to Canada, but we’ll bill you separately for the postage.

The shipping cost will be the actual cost. Since we use the USPS, we can ship up to 4 pounds for $25. If it’s over that it jumps to either $45 (30 yards) or $65 (up to about 50 yards), depending on how much you order.

If you want us to do that, please put the address:

Dade City, FL 33526 into the shipping field (USA)

And then put your actual address in the comments section. The $6 shipping that would be charged automatically will go towards the shipping cost, but will not cover the cost entirely. We will contact you for the rest of the shipping money via a paypal payment request before we ship the order.

We’ll be glad to ship to you as long as you’re willing to pay the actual cost.

This is for regular size fabric. Backing fabric does not fit well in the boxes, so there’s no claim on those. Thanks.






(Q) Do you ship to Australia or Europe?

(A) We will ship to Europe or Australia, but we’ll bill you separately for the postage.

Generally speaking, we can get up to 9 or 10 yards in the $33 shipping option. We can get up to 30 yards in the $75 option and up to about 50 yards in the $95 option.

(Q) How do I subscribe and unsubscribe from the two emailing lists?

(A) You can scroll down to the bottom of our home page (https://www.quiltedtwins.com/) and enter your email address into the field and press subscribe to subscribe. To unsubscribe, go to the bottom of one of the emails and select "unsubscribe". 


(Q) Do you have flannel fabric?

(A) Yes, we have lots of flannel fabric.






(Q) I forgot the password that I used when I created my account, how do I get it back?

(A) Simply click on “Sign In” at the top right of the header of our pages, and a little window will appear to sign into your account. Below the fields to enter email and password, you can click “Forgot Password”, which will send a reset link for your password to the email address that is associated with the password. Follow the instructions and you will have your new password in no time.

(fun fact) we use the exact same steps when a customer asks for his/her own password.






(Q) Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

(A) Yes, we have a physical location in Dade City, Florida which is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at the above listed location and hours.






(Q) I made an accidental order, will I be able to get a refund?

(A) Probably. We have the ability to cancel the order, if we catch it before shipping. Contact us at customerservice@quiltedtwins.com.
